Mr.Athanasios Hamilothoris, the founder of this Cafe, said:
In 1967, when there weren't any tourists on Paros but only the native inhabitants and a few holiday-makers, we decided to open the first patisserie on Paros, driven by the love for our island.
A lot of things were necessary in order to create this patisserie, not only the know-how and the ardent desire, but also basic necessities and infrastructure such as electricity, water, telephone and means of transport in order to be connect with Athens. At the time, all these facilities didn't exist. Conditions were quite primitive, but despite all these hazards we remained dedicated to our work.

Eventually, we were rewarded for our dedication. Over time, we created a contemporary patisserie with skilled staff, the best hygienic conditions, the most developed equipment and excellent quality primary materials; a business to be proud of.
As a reward for our efforts, we received the "First in prestige and quality 2008" award from the Actualidad international tourist guide firm on march 8th, 2008; the award was announced in the local and international press.
We present our endless variety of desserts, based on traditional recipes and modern trends. We are certain that you will be completely satisfied with the incomparable quality.
